COMMISSIONERS

The Gratiot County Road Commission is governed by a board of three commissioners elected by the public. Regular board meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 8:00 a.m. at the road commission office.

The Gratiot County Road Commission has a road crew comprised of 30 union employees working year round to maintain 817 miles of local roads, 366 miles of primary roads, and 120 miles of state trunk-line. We also house an administrative staff of 12 employees in finance, engineering, and supervision departments.
